Shipping & Delivery Policy

Any shipping and delivery matters are governed by this policy ("Shipping & Delivery Policy")

1. Delivery charges

a. You will be shown the delivery charges due for each order prior to making a payment. We work with logistics providers to provide you with the best possible rates, where applicable.

2. Dispatch time

Please allow 1-2 hours for dispatch. Someone will call you to confirm the  before sending out the goods.

3. Delivery time

We bake fresh cakes everyday. So a notice of minimum 24 hours is required for delivery. Customized cakes can be booked 3-4 days prior to the delivery.
